AI training for your people. Custom AI workflows for your business.
We train people across your organisation to use AI confidently and responsibly. We also build custom AI workflows that help people prepare work, review results, gather insights, and act on decisions.
A workflow is the set of steps people take to get work done. We design those steps so AI helps people prepare work, review results, gather insights, and act on decisions, using the information and tools they need.
Your people set the direction, apply their judgment, and stay in control.

Our philosophy
AI helps. People stay in control.
Training helps your people use AI well. Workflow development makes AI part of the processes they use together.
Both serve the same goal: help people do more, with less repetitive work and results they can check. People remain responsible for their decisions and the work they deliver.
Our work / ADX Asia
Built around actual work.
Training programme
AI fluency through department work.
A programme designed around employees’ own tasks, with workshops, department clinics, and practice. The goal is a workflow that colleagues can run, review, and share.
ADX Flow
A payment request, from start to finish.
One place for the purchase order, invoice, reviews, payment record, and outstanding documents. Across ADX Flow, AI helps people prepare work, verify details, gather insights, and find guidance.
I’ve spent 16 years running my own businesses and 14 years building software. I understand the distance between a promising idea and something people can use every day.
My experience spans McKinsey, business ownership, and software engineering. I hold a master’s degree in business from Nanyang Technological University, specialising in technological innovation.
