AI training / One package, three weeks
AI training for everyone
in your organisation.
For staff, teams, managers, and executives. Learn to use AI on your own work, build useful workflows, and take responsibility for the results.
The programme
Mindset. Context.
Workflows.
Week 01
AI mindset
Learn how to work with AI and recognise where your judgment is needed. Give clear instructions, question the answers, and own the final result.
- Choose useful tasks for AI.
- Check facts and recognise uncertainty.
- Use AI ethically and responsibly.
Apply it: complete a real task with AI and explain how you checked the result.
Week 02
Context
Give AI the information it needs to help. Personalise it with instructions, examples, references, and feedback that reflect your work.
- Explain the goal and what a good result looks like.
- Organise reusable context and guidance.
- Respect company privacy and information-sharing rules.
Apply it: prepare a reusable set of instructions and references for your work.
Week 03
Workflows
Turn a recurring task into a sequence you can repeat. Decide where AI helps, where people review, and what should happen when something is wrong.
- Build a workflow for your own work.
- Automate suitable steps in daily tasks.
- Test, check, and improve the results.
Apply it: build and test your own workflow with clear human review points.
What participants learn to do
Make AI useful
in your own work.
01Build your own workflow.
Break work into steps, involve AI where it helps, and make the process repeatable.
02Teach AI your way of working.
Personalise its guidance with context, examples, instructions, and feedback so it can better support your tasks.
03Automate everyday steps.
Reduce repetitive work while knowing which actions and decisions still need a person.
04Check and own the result.
Review accuracy, use information responsibly, and remain accountable for what you deliver.
The principle throughout all three weeks
Use AI.
Own the work.
AI can prepare, suggest, and carry out parts of a task. You are responsible for checking the result, respecting your organisation’s policies, and deciding what is ready to use.
Common questions
Before we begin.
Who is the training for?
People across the organisation: individual staff members, teams, managers, and executives. The programme focuses on using AI in the work participants actually do.
What do you mean by personalising or training AI?
Teaching it how to help with your work through clear instructions, relevant references, examples of good output, and feedback. You learn to organise this context and reuse it in your own workflows.
What will participants work towards by the end?
A workflow for their own work, with reusable context, useful automation, and clear checks. They should be able to explain how it works, check its outputs, and keep improving it.
How is this different from workflow development?
Training develops the skills of people inside your organisation. In workflow development, Kihon studies a shared business process and designs, builds, deploys, and improves the system and AI agents that support it.
